How to do a direct saliva drug test (Multiple Drugs)?

Step 1

SETUP

Remove the test device from the foil just before you are ready to run the test.

Ensure the donor has not eaten or had a drink 10 minutes before starting the test.

Ask the donor to generate saliva and moisten their mouth before starting the test.

STEP 2

PERFORM

Remove the cap from the device and place into the donors oral cavity.

Swab around the gums and tongue 10 -15 times.

Place the device under the tongue for 60 seconds.

Remove the device.

STEP 3

RESULTS

Reattach the cap before laying the device on a flat surface.

Read the results after 3 minutes.

Allow 5 minutes for positive results, all negative results can normally be read at 3 minutes.
